NOTE FROM THE NURSE:

If your child uses a rescue inhaler, epi-pen or other medically necessary medication, the physician orders and paperwork must be submitted to the school nurse. These orders must be renewed EACH year and were mailed out over the summer.  It is vital that these orders and medications be brought in promptly. As per district policy, and as it is stated in the handbook, your child will not be eligible to participate in any field trips until all the necessary medical forms are received.   Thank you to all who have provided the updated medical information and physician orders already.
