Parents/Guardians:



As you are taking your child in for well visits/booster shots, please
ask your physician for an updated copy of immunizations and booster
shots.  Send this information in to the school nurse, so your child's
school record can be updated.



State mandates for immunizations may be changing for the next school
year, and this will be helpful for everyone. We will continue to keep
the website updated as guidelines change.

DENTAL EXAMINATION REMINDER TO PARENTS OF CURRENT 7^th GRADERS 

Dear Parent/Guardian:

Act 535, Section 1403, 1957 Legislature requires that all kindergarten, third, and seventh grade students,  and all new students without adequate dental records entering a Pennsylvania School for the first time have their teeth examined by a dentist and report of such examination filed with their permanent school health record.
