Arbiter Student Parent Information
1. Go to ArbiterSports Registration (Click here) and log into your account.
- Click For Parents/Guardians: Create Registration Account
- If you already have an account, do not create a new one.
- Parents/guardians usually manage the account.
2. Select your student-athlete’s registration for the current sports season.
3. Complete the required online registration sections (student info, emergency contacts, medical info, etc.).
4. Download and print the required PIAA physical paperwork.
- Section 6 (Physical Evaluation Form).
- Section 5 (Health History).
5. Take the paperwork to your doctor or authorized medical examiner.
- The physical must be dated on or after May 1 for the upcoming school year.
6. After the doctor signs the form, scan it or take a clear photo.
- Accepted formats are typically JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
7. Return to your Arbiter registration dashboard.
8. Open the registration and click “Add or Update Info.”
9. Find the upload section labeled something like:
- “Upload Physical”
- “PIAA Section 6”
- “Choose File”
10. Click “Choose File” and select the scanned physical from your device.
11. Click “Save” after the upload finishes.
12. Review the registration carefully, then click “Submit Registration.”
13. Wait for approval from your school’s athletic department or trainer.
- *They will usually notify you if anything is missing or incorrect.
