Eligibility

 

1. Must have graduated from Crestwood High School, Fairview High School, or White Haven High School and must have graduated at least 10 years prior to being recognized.
2. Must have excelled in his/her career, and/or achieved local, statewide, national, or international recognition.
3. Must have high moral standards and serve as a role model for our youth and demonstrate that goals are achieved through persistence, dedication, and knowledge.
4. Any attendee, regardless of sex, color, race, national origin or sexual orientation, is eligible for nomination.
5. An eligible candidate who is deceased may be nominated for consideration as a Distinguished Alumni Award recipient.
