All children entering kindergarten must be 5 years old before September 1. Parents must bring the child's birth certificate and proof of immunization. All children must have the following immunizations:
- 4 doses DPT (one dose after the 4th birthday)
- 4 doses of Polio
- 2 doses of MMR
- 3 doses of Hepatitis "B"
- 2 doses of Varicella (Chickenpox)
