Information regarding new enrollment packets

CSD Enrollment packets are available for download.

Select either Kindergarten Enrollment or 1^st – 12^th Enrollment.

Any residency situations that are not either ownership or rental, with a signed lease, must obtain signed sworn affidavits in accordance with CSD Policy. Please contact the respective building representative for additional documents and guidance.
